The most reproducible RAB40B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, p27_pT198, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with RAB40B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB40B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB40B results are reported.
