RAB40A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB40A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,934 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB40A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARMCX1, TCEAL1, and PAIP1. Each is linked with RAB40A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB40A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB40A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB40A versus ARMCX1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB40A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB40A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
