Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB3IP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB3IP data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RAB3IP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB3IP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RAB3IP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
