RAB3IP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3IP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,512 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3IP-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF3A, FRS2, and PTAR1. Each is linked with RAB3IP in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3IP-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3IP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB3IP versus KIF3A in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
