Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB3GAP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB3GAP1 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RAB3GAP1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB3GAP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCEC show a favorable association.

LUAD, HNSC, and PDAC are the cancer types where RAB3GAP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
