RAB3GAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3GAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,046 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3GAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCKAP1, TMF1_S344, and TBRG4. Each is linked with RAB3GAP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3GAP1-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3GAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB3GAP1 versus NCKAP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3GAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3GAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
