Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3GAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,591 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB3GAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB3GAP2, TAF5L, and LAMTOR2. Each is linked with RAB3GAP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3GAP1-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3GAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB3GAP1 versus RAB3GAP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3GAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3GAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
