RAB3GAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3GAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3GAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Notch1, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with RAB3GAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3GAP1-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3GAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by RAB3GAP1-low versus RAB3GAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3GAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3GAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
