Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB3GAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,810 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB3GAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization, Late viral transcription, and Regulation of protein binding. Each is linked with RAB3GAP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3GAP1-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3GAP1 results are reported.
