RAB3D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 224 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-548P, MIR26A1, and PHKG1P1. Each is linked with RAB3D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3D-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-548P grouped by RAB3D-low versus RAB3D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
