RAB3C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,183 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OGN, TMOD2, and TNS2. Each is linked with RAB3C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3C-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB3C versus OGN in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
