Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,873 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA10, RTN4RL1, and GDAP1L1. Each is linked with RAB3C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3C-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB3C versus CA10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
