RAB3C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9, MEK1, and MSH2. Each is linked with RAB3C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3C-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9 grouped by RAB3C-low versus RAB3C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
