Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB3C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,680 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Engulfment of apoptotic cell, Protein activation cascade, and Amelogenesis. Each is linked with RAB3C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3C-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3C results are reported.
