Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB3C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBL1Y, CST11, and CLEC4G. Each is linked with RAB3C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3C-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3C results are reported.
