RAB3B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,963 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H3, PRDX5, and MAST4_S1523. Each is linked with RAB3B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB3B versus P3H3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
