Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,441 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of dopamine uptake involved in synaptic transmission, Positive regulation of neurotransmitter uptake, and Establishment of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with RAB3B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3B results are reported.
