RAB3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 835 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLB1L2, VPS26B, and GPATCH11. Each is linked with RAB3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLB1L2 grouped by RAB3A-low versus RAB3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
