Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB3A mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tcm, MPP, and CMP. Each is linked with RAB3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ Tcm grouped by RAB3A-low versus RAB3A-high in COAD.
