Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,105 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of dense core granule exocytosis, Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Acrosomal vesicle exocytosis. Each is linked with RAB3A in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB3A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB3A results are reported.
