RAB39A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB39A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,099 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB39A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD4, EVL_S246, and LCP2. Each is linked with RAB39A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB39A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB39A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB39A versus CD4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB39A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB39A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
