The most reproducible RAB39A-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFI30, NCF4, and MYO1G. Each is linked with RAB39A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB39A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB39A results are reported.
