RAB39A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB39A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,937 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB39A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10H4, LINC00434, and OR2T3. Each is linked with RAB39A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB39A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB39A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10H4 grouped by RAB39A-low versus RAB39A-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB39A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB39A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
