Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB39A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB39A-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Rad50, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with RAB39A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB39A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB39A results are reported.
