RAB37

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,797 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB37-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZAP70, SEPTIN1, and NFATC2. Each is linked with RAB37 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB37-to-partner and partner-to-RAB37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB37 versus ZAP70 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB37→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
