Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB37 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,660 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB37-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNGB1, ADGRE3, and ADGRG3. Each is linked with RAB37 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB37-to-partner and partner-to-RAB37 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB37 versus CNGB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB37→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
