RAB37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,908 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB37-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR627, POM121C, and DOC2B. Each is linked with RAB37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB37-to-partner and partner-to-RAB37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR627 grouped by RAB37-low versus RAB37-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB37→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
