Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB37-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNG, SERPINA12, and TMEM114. Each is linked with RAB37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB37-to-partner and partner-to-RAB37 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNG grouped by RAB37-low versus RAB37-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB37→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
