Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,008 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB32-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAU, COLGALT1, and LGALS1. Each is linked with RAB32 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB32-to-partner and partner-to-RAB32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB32 versus PLAU in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB32→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
