Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB32-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-50P, LYPLA1P1, and FRG1HP. Each is linked with RAB32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB32-to-partner and partner-to-RAB32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-50P grouped by RAB32-low versus RAB32-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB32→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
