Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB32 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB32-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM15, Tuberin_pT1462, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with RAB32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB32-to-partner and partner-to-RAB32 results are reported.
