Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,803 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Rho protein signal transduction, Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, and Regulation of plasminogen activation. Each is linked with RAB32 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB32-to-partner and partner-to-RAB32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of Rho protein signal transduction grouped by RAB32-low versus RAB32-high in BONE.
