Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB30 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,213 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB30-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXW7, CPEB4, and IRF4. Each is linked with RAB30 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB30-to-partner and partner-to-RAB30 results are reported.
