RAB2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,596 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STRN3, RALGAPA1, and PPIF. Each is linked with RAB2B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB2B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB2B versus STRN3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
