Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,620 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB28-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF1, PRKG1, and PCDH18. Each is linked with RAB28 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB28-to-partner and partner-to-RAB28 results are reported.
