The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RAB27A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB27A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and ESCA are the cancer types where RAB27A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
