RAB27A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB27A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,428 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB27A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP2, WAS, and CORO1A. Each is linked with RAB27A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB27A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB27A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB27A versus GBP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB27A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB27A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
