Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB27A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 509 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB27A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP7, APOBEC3AP1, and RNA5SP426. Each is linked with RAB27A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB27A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB27A results are reported.
