RAB25

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,043 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB25-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH2D4A, BICDL2, and NECTIN4. Each is linked with RAB25 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB25-to-partner and partner-to-RAB25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB25 versus SH2D4A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
