Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB25-associated genes across cancer lineages are IMP3P2, CCNQP2, and MIR3188. Each is linked with RAB25 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB25-to-partner and partner-to-RAB25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IMP3P2 grouped by RAB25-low versus RAB25-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
