RAB1C

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB1C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,123 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMY2B, PNPLA2, and SHOX2. Each is linked with RAB1C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB1C-to-partner and partner-to-RAB1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB1C versus AMY2B in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
