The most reproducible RAB1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-340P, ZNF619P1, and RNU4-65P. Each is linked with RAB1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB1B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB1B results are reported.
