Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eIF4E, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with RAB1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB1B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB1B results are reported.
