Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,886 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, Regulation of metaphase plate congression, and Positive regulation of attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with RAB1B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB1B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB1B results are reported.
