The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RAB1A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and COAD are the cancer types where RAB1A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
