Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,552 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CILP, MEF2C, and GAS1. Each is linked with RAB1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB1A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB1A versus CILP in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
