RAB1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 818 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-72P, HSPE1-MOB4, and LINC01607. Each is linked with RAB1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB1A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-72P grouped by RAB1A-low versus RAB1A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
