Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,704 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuolar transport, Lysosomal transport, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with RAB1A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB1A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB1A results are reported.
