RAB14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,748 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FUBP3, CORO2A, and GOLGA1. Each is linked with RAB14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB14-to-partner and partner-to-RAB14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB14 versus FUBP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
