Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,900 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALAD, ARPC5L, and TRUB2. Each is linked with RAB14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB14-to-partner and partner-to-RAB14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB14 versus ALAD in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
